Today kicks off a full weekend of Not Your Mom’s music and theater productions at the Hatbox Theatre in Concord, NH. Are you ready for the awesomeness?

jr-square29Tonight, join Ross Malcolm Boyd & Jamie Feinberg, founder of NYMMT, in concert! They’ve spent the last year traveling the country performing & living in an RV, and they’ve brought their new duo act, full of tight harmonies and quirky originals and covers, to New Hampshire! They’ll even improvise a song or two – and your ticket purchase gets you a FREE double album of their original music. That will be tonight at 7:30 p.m., and there are plenty of tickets available at the door (but advance tickets help them know how many CDs to have on hand).

joc-square2Tomorrow, Jocelyn Duford’s breathtaking, intimate alphabet cabaret returns to Concord. We guarantee you’ll be spellbound as this actress and singer takes an alphabetic journey through musical theater. For ages 12 & up due to a few songs with adult language. If you’ve ever experienced her work, you know what a special event we have in store for you. Just don’t miss this. Two shows – Saturday at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday at 2 p.m.

Please join us – and consider helping us spread the word that NYMMT is in town this weekend. Thanks and hope to see you soon!

Mark your calendars! We’re teaming up with Amphora, a phenomenal Greek restaurant in Derry, NH, for an incredible evening of entertainment and deliciousness.

Jocelyn Duford’s new one-woman show (accompanied by Jamie Feinberg) will be at Amphora on Saturday, June 6 at 8:30 p.m. You’ll be able to purchase tickets on our website soon. Tickets will be a very affordable night out with a $15 cover with a 2 drink minimum – and the full menu, wine & beer will be available for purchase during the show! The show is recommended for ages 12 & up due to a few songs with adult language.

The hilarious Duford’s powerhouse voice and personality will be thoroughly showcased through a dynamic range of selections in this 90-minute tour through the alphabet (yes, there is a song for letter X too!). With the help of some simple props and costumes, she’ll play everything from the perpetually engaged Adelaide of Guys and Dolls to a cranky, jaded third grade teacher from Ruthless! to an evil but adorable cheerleader from Bring It On and the iconic stage mother Rose of Gypsy.
Here are a few photos from our debut performance in Gorham, NH last week. You won’t want to miss this!!!
