About the Menu: In addition to vegetarian options, other dietary needs (gluten-free, vegan, etc.) can be accommodated, but please email notyourmoms@gmail.com by December 12th or call Amphora in advance to make sure we can accommodate you.
Course #1 Halloumi Cheese: Sauteed in Olive oil, herbs, and fresh lemon.
Wine Pairing: Foss Marai Prosecco Extra Dry
Course #2 Butternut Squash Bisque: Butternut Squash blended with cream and spices. Topped with crème fresh and spiced, toasted pumpkin seeds.
Wine Pairing: Lyrarakis Assyrtiko
Course #3 ~ Spanakopita: Individually folded triangles of filo dough filled with spinach and feta cheeses & ~ Melitzanosalata with Pita: A dip of eggplant, red peppers and garlic roasted blended and topped with Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Wine Pairing: Vidiano Ippodromas
Course # 4 Antipasto Mediterranio Salad:A Salad embellished with chunks of feta cheese, Kasseri cheese, Solonika peppers, artichoke hearts, dolmades, onions, tomatoes, roasted red peppers and Kalamata olives.
Wine Pairing: Lyrarakis Kotsifali
Course #5 Your Choice of Filet Mignon or Lamb ribs: With a Fig-Metaxa (Greek Brandy) glaze. Lemon-oregano roasted potatoes, and Grilled vegetables.
Vegetarian option: The Eggplant Sto-Fourno. Roasted eggplant sprinkled with feta cheese topped with a spicy vegetarian ragout, smothered in kasseri cheese and baked.
Wine Pairing: Lyrarakis Mandilari
Course #6 Baklava Cheesecake: Layers of filo dough, cheesecake and baklava filling. Served with fresh Clementine drizzled with honey.
Special Dessert Wine: Commandaria St. John Keo
