Zombie Prom
Not Your Mom’s Musical Theater presents the hilarious off-Broadway musical Zombie Prom, which spoofs the era and music of the 1950’s, as well as musicals like Grease, Bye Bye Birdie and Little Shop of Horrors. We’re giving the show a PG-13 rating due to lots of adult humor. The show runs September 27-29 and October 4-6 at the Derry Opera House, 49 W. Broadway, Derry, NH 03038. Details below!

What the critics had to say in NYC:
“Zombie Prom” is a breath of freshness and vitality, and exhilarating sign of spring and renewed life in today’s musical landscape of spectacles and revivals.” – New York Law Journal
“If you can stomach one more let’s-make-fun-of-the-’50s musical romp, make it this one. Sly, irreverent, and resolutely over the top, it looks and plays a lot like LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS on speed.” – STAGES
“Don’t miss it! Slicker than “Grease”, smoother than “Rocky Horror”, bigger and funnier than “Little Shop of Horrors!” – WOR

Do we need to make an audition appointment or just show up?
No appointment needed, but your audition may take a while, so please arrive as close to 6:30 as you can and be prepared to stay for a while. We prefer that all auditionees arrive before 8 p.m. if possible. See you then!
When are rehersals?
We’re leaning towards Sun/M/W, but we’ll consider Tu/Th if they are better for the cast. Just bring all your conflicts to auditions. Starting late June.
I’m guessing weekday rehersals are at nighttime…
Yes, evenings during the week, Sundays will likely be evenings too but will begin mid-afternoon.
